Problem is, you start using Quicken, get all your financial data loaded in, and then you're stuck with them, because it's more cumbersome to switch vendors than to slog through their mediocre product. None of this is news to anyone familiar with Quicken by the way. So I figured while I was choking on this issue, may as well upgrade to the current in case there were other problems when I upgraded, which there were. That one I replaced because it was unable to recognize that financial institutions might have passwords longer than 11 characters! Required a cumbersome and unclear workaround guided by the financial institution making best effort to help its customer overcome the poorly engineered software.
This is for me the replacement to my 2014 Deluxe. Buggy, typical offshore support long hold, cost more in wasted time than saved
